design to delivery - to make sure it reaches you just right.

RETURNS

At this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

As a small, mindful brand, we aim to minimise waste and overproduction — which means we currently do not offer returns. We truly appreciate your understanding here.

REFUNDS

Since returns are not accepted, we do not offer refunds.

In rare or exceptional situations, you can write to us and
our team will review your request - we’ll always try our best to find a fair
solution.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only in case of damage/defects or ring sizing issue.

  • Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video)
  • Our team will review and assist you with the next steps

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • We reserve the right to approve or decline exchange requests

SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

  • Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
